Cash for Change
RHA will again be hosting Cash for Change, a program that allows teams of students to submit proposals for funding.
This round of proposals will focus on initiatives that improve campus climate, especially in the residence halls.
There will be a kick-off event on October 12 at 7:00 pm in C1 Wilson. At that time, we will go over the guidelines for proposals and what needs to be submitted; ultimately, the General Assembly of RHA will vote on the top 5 proposals.
The winning proposal will receive up to $25,000 to implement their plan during the Spring 2018 semester! That is a lot of money to help create change. This program is all about students developing their own program and taking control of their own communities. Past submissions have been for different services across campus, events, conferences, etc.
To register a team and concept, please fill out the form below.
Please note that this concept and the description you provide will be voted on by the RHA General Assembly to move onto the semifinal stage--the description should be thorough, interest-catching, and feasible, but also succinct. The registration is due October 23 at 3PM.
Guidelines for proposal submission and a timeline of the process can be found at http://tinyurl.com/cashforchangeguidelines.
FINAL PROPOSALS FROM SEMIFINALISTS ARE DUE 11/13/17 AT 11:59pm IN PDF FORMAT TO firstname.lastname@example.org
